CORROSION RESISTANCE
TENTUFF™ is made from stainless steel material to withstand severe environmental conditions. It is tested for resistance against corrosion and other effects of extreme weather conditions.
3-P0INT LOCKING SYSTEM
When you lock a TENTUFF™ Security Door, it activates three super-strong locks. The moment you turn the snib lock, three strong “locking tongue” locks are activated at the top, center, and bottom of the door. POLY TENSILE® MESH

ZED CLUTCH MESH RETENTION
Every TENTUFF™ door features the patented “Z-Clutch” mesh retaining system. The “Z-Clutch” folds and hooks the stainless steel security mesh steadfastly into the window or door frame. This unique extra-strong grip between the mesh and the frame means the stainless steel mesh will not pull out of the frame even after a prolonged, violent attack.
FIRE EMBER PROTECTION
In the event of a fire, TENTUFF™ doors and windows help prevent the risk of any potential damage to your home that can be caused by hot, flying embers and debris. TESTING
JEMMY TEST / CROW BAR TEST
A Jemmy attack is conducted in a simulated environment using a tool similar to a large screw driver against a TENTUFF™ security door or window. It is an effective way to check the withstanding power of locks and hinges against a specific torque. TENTUFF™ products are tried and tested to take this impact, without any damage to the hinges and locks. Only after passing the Jemmy test, does a TENTUFF™ door or window get certified to be suitable for installation at your home.
KNIFE SHEAR
Keeping in mind, the possibility of a knife attack by an intruder, we simulate the situation to test the strength of our products. A knife blade is mechanically controlled to slice and cut the mesh multiple times. Our high-grade stainless-steel mesh has proven to withstand the knife action without any damage.
SALT SPRAY TEST
TENTUFF™ doors and windows undergo rigorous corrosion-resistant tests to ensure longer durability and solidity. The salt spray test is a reliable way to check corrosion-resistance. The sample product is placed inside a test chamber and exposed to a corrosive atmosphere under controlled conditions for prolonged hours. Resistance to corrosive attacks is used to assess the quality of the sample against the conditions of the test. The success in this test adds to the reliability of TENTUFF™ products, making them fit to be installed for your security.
DYNAMIC IMPACT TEST
Imagine someone kicking your door with all his might. This is exactly what we simulate using sand and a lead-filled bag. The door is subjected to multiple impacts measured in joules. The test is considered a ‘fail’ if the mesh is dislodged. Thanks to the patented “Z-Clutch” mesh retaining system, TENTUFF™ doors have passed this test consistently with flying colors.
WARRANTY & CARE
SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU AS AN INDIAN CONSUMER ?
Our warranty period runs in addition to your existing rights at law as a consumer, including those contained within the Indian Consumer Laws, meaning that if we provide a product that is in any way defective, we guarantee to our customers that we shall replace or repair that product at no further cost to you.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH IN THIS WARRANTY ?
We warrant all key parts of your TENTUFF™ security products that are supplied to you during installation. When a defect is found in any TENTUFF™ security product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you let us know of the defect as soon as possible. Upon being satisfied with the defect, we shall then either, repair or replace that product only without unreasonable delay. TENTUFF™ does not take responsibility for and excludes all warranties and liabilities in relation to, any incidental or consequential loss and damage, as well as any other indirect damage, expense, loss, cost, or fee. Your 10-year conditional warranty does not include any liability on our part to compensate for damages caused by matters or events that are out of the control of SSA India. Such events include, but are not limited to, the products being used for any other purposes other than for that which they were designed, any act of products after a defect became or should have become apparent, and/or failure to follow our maintenance and care guide, provided to you with this warranty (“the Guide”).
LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty is extended only to the Original Purchaser, beginning on the date of installation and extending for the duration of the warranty period. If your TENTUFF™ product/s, changes ownership within the warranty period, then this warranty ceases to be in effect. Before leaving the facility, your product/s has been inspected for any defects in materials and workmanship and is packaged to protect it in transit. Should the warranted product/s be found to contain defects, SSA India will at its sole option either
1. Repair any product without charge.
2. Replace any product without charge. No labour, installation or reinstallation, finishing, or refinishing expenses is covered by this warranty. SSA India reserves the right to inspect any product, which is alleged to be defective. Under no circumstances the amount of warranty coverage, if any, shall be in excess of the amount received by SSA India, for the product/s subject matter of the warranty claim. Variations or unsatisfactory finish, texture, or appearance resulting from the application of paint or other finishing materials, are not guaranteed in any event.
Make sure you always keep proof of the purchase of your TENTUFF™ Security products, being either your receipt or invoice from paying your final balance. Notice to TENTUFF™ of any alleged defect within a product must include proof of purchase in order for us to be obliged to respond to the claim. Follow the guide word for word. You have made an investment by purchasing a high-quality product, and you ought not to let it go to waste by not looking after it. Make sure you read through our guide carefully and follow the cleaning guides as per your geographic location. Failure to do so will result in your warranty being void, and the integrity of your product potentially deteriorating. Not only will maintaining your TENTUFF™ products correctly keep your warranty intact, but it will prolong the lifespan of your TENTUFF™ security products beyond your warranty period.
